Have You Rated Us Yet?
We send out ‘end of rental’ surveys through our new reservation system via Zendesk. They’re a simple, one "good/bad" rating along with a comment box for user input.
We also understand that this is semi-limiting as we cannot dig too deep into the facets of our service. This is why we also have a SurveyMonkey application that presents 7 categories with a 1 to 5 star rating. There’s also a large comment box for you to write to your heart’s content. 😉
As the Zendesk survey is tied into our reservation system, the comments are associated with their profile — and hence we can contact them if needed.
The SurveyMonkey app only collects the data that’s entered, so if a user doesn’t enter their name, for example, then all we have to go on is their service provider’s IP address.
We invite you to rate our performance and personalities! If you haven’t encountered our Customer Satisfaction Survey yet, then may I recommend that you fill one out anytime we speak — regardless of whether it’s over live chat, email, phone, or in person.
We’re all about providing YOU with great customer service. No shrinking violets here; we’re not afraid to ask for your opinion. We really, really would like to know what you think of us!
The transmission on one of the vehicles began slipping, was difficult to put into gear, made a growling noise, and smelled hot towards the end of the trip. Following a call to Vamos, a mechanic delivered another vehicle to us in Dominical so that we would have a safe return to the airport in Liberia. We were also given a discount!
The agents and mechanic were all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The vehicles were clean and well-maintained, and the customer service was above and beyond.
I would recommend Vamos to anyone traveling in Costa Rica. Muchas Gracias, Vamos!!

We're happy that our service still meets up to your expectations.
It's true. With the change-over, there are new faces that are working hard to learn Vamos' perks and I imagine the phone was one of those casualties. I apologize for that.
Although things remain basically the same, there are some tiny details that have been changed. One of those is the luggage straps -- we're no longer able to provide them due to insurance. Again, this probably was not communicated well to you due to some staff being new and unaware of the services that were previously offered.
