La Fortuna is known for its hot springs, tropical rain forest and volcano. This is a great place to come and visit on a day trip throughout Costa Rica. You can drop the car off and go on a great hike, traversing rope bridges and getting into the heart of the tropical rain forest.
Along the way on your hike you can see waterfalls, wading pools and great wildlife. If you love to take pictures then this is a great opportunity to do so and catch some of the lush greenery of the forest along with the beautiful birds and animals. And if you look closely enough, you’ll also see some quite exotic insects.
