Visiting Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica

Is the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica landed a spot in Travel and Leisure, you know it has to be something worth checking out. It’s a place where howler monkeys still rule the rainforest and locals still pan for gold. A truly unique adventure for those who love nature and a bit of a challenge. “Randal was supposed to be your guide into the rainforest today, but a tree fell on his house.” That’s something you might hear from the woman booking your tour. At least that’s what this Travel and Leisure writer was told, and then later met a woman who endured quite the accidental water slide during some heavy rain in the rainforest.
