Apparently, the Oscar-winning actress has 4 essential items that she won’t travel without:

  1. Water — Fight dehydration by drinking your way through the flight.  No alcohol or coffee, just plain old water to land with your system in balance.
  2. Face cream — The air conditioning on the plane dries out skin, leaving you looking older and feeling it too!  Paltrow maintains her youthful skin by moisturizing mid-flight to combat facial dehydration.
  3. Vitamin C — Make sure that you’re getting enough of the good stuff to fend off any germs floating around the cabin.  Famous for her super-healthy smoothies, Gwyneth knows the value of the right vitamin input.  No one wants to start vacation with a cold!
  4. Headphones — Stay relaxed by blocking out the noise of other passengers with classical music or a talking book.  And save the cost of buying airplane headphones for an in-flight movie too!  No wonder Gwyneth always looks so relaxed…
