Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• This giveaway is only open to TBEX attendees who complete the subscription form.

Entry Period:

• Entries will be accepted online starting from July 9th 2024 and all entries must be received by July 12th 2024.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected in a random draw under the supervision of Vamos Rent-A-Car
  The winner will be notified via email within 5 days following the selection.
• Vamos Rent-A-Car shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted.
• Rental is subject to availability and must follow our rental company’s terms and conditions.
• Additional charges such as insurance, fuel, and optional services are the winner’s responsibility.

Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must claim their prize within 2025. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, it will be forfeited.
• Prize redemption is subject to the availability of vehicles at the time of booking.
• The announcement will be made on Friday, July 12, 2024.

Use of Prize:

• The prize must be used for a continuous 5-day period.
• The winner is responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period, as well as any traffic violations or fines incurred.

Conduct:

• All participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Vamos Rent-A-Car, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
• Vamos Rent-A-Car reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or who otherwise violates these rules.

Publicity:

• By entering this giveaway, you consent to Vamos Rent-A-Car using your name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability:

• Vamos Rent-A-Car is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.
• Vamos Rent-A-Car assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction.

Disputes:

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of Costa Rica
• As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Costa Rica having jurisdiction.
