In keeping with our transparent nature, we’d like to inform our viewers as to how Vamos Rent-A-Car has received so many positive reviews over the years. We are more than just a value-priced rental car company. 🙂
We send a follow-up email to every one of our recent rental clients asking for their comments and/or suggestions to help us improve our products and services. By inquiring immediately after their stay, we are able to obtain minor details that might have otherwise been forgotten.
Currently, participating clients are not compensated for their words and/or images that they submit — either via email or post mail. However, in the past (as late as 2011), we did incentivize their initial response by offering a 10% discount on their next vehicle rental. We have since incorporated that discount into our Loyalty Rewards program.
In no way does Vamos Rent-A-Car’s staff, representatives or agents instruct our customers on what to say or how to express their reviews of our cars and/or services. All testimonials are directly from our clients and in their own words — only grammatical, spacing and privacy edits are performed.
We do not write false reviews, nor pay others to do so. Furthermore, we do not remove less than flattering comments. We "keep it real".
Honesty and word of mouth advertising have built our business to what it is today and we do not shy away from publicly learning from our mistakes. It is our hope that potential clients recognize and appreciate our company’s philosophy for showing just how much we care and strive to make things perfect the first time.
